Check to see if you qualify. If you are already enrolled in a program like SNAP (Food Stamps), Veterans Pension, SSI, Medicaid, etc., you would qualify for Lifeline. You can also qualify based solely on your household income. In order to complete your order for this service, the FCC requires that you provide proof of your qualifications. Find out more about proof requirements here.

Know the Requirements

We make it easy to get your Lifeline Wireless service. However, recent reform of the program by the FCC requires that all applicants complete a Lifeline certification form as well as provide proof of eligibility. The certification form is part of our on-line application process. The proof document is up to you to submit. The acceptable forms of proof are listed here. You can take a picture of the proof, make a copy, or scan it into your computer. Then, you can email it, text it, fax it, mail it, or upload it to us. For help with providing proof documentation, please call customer service.
For those in states that are now using the National Verifier, you will need to FIRST get qualified with the National Verifier before applying for service with us.

Lifeline Free Government Cell Plans

Lifeline is a Federal program where qualified low income families are subsidized so that they can afford telecommunications service. Lifeline assistance can be applied to your home phone, cell phone, or other phone service including voip services that may be offered by cable providers. However, not every phone service provider offers the Lifeline discount. Check with your provider and ask for the Lifeline government assistance discount. Or, if you prefer, you can get lifeline service by switching to us. We can provide home phone or cell phone service with the lifeline discount. You can get just one lifeline discount per household so you'll need to decide between home telephone or wireless. To get started, click on the "Home Phone" or " Cell Phone" tab above.
