Residents in South Carolina get a mobile phone and 350 minutes of cellular service per month for no cost.
To qualify, you just need to be receiving some form of gov't assistance like SNAP
(fka Food Stamps), Section 8 Housing, SSI, Veterans Pension, etc.
For a full list of ways to qualify, go to our online order form by following the "Order Now" button, or see the list printed below.
South Carolina residents who qualify will get a handset and 350 minutes of usage per month. Each month
your 350 minutes will automatically be added and any unused minutes will expire. If you need more minutes, you can
purchase them as needed at our great rates.
With those minutes you can receive or place local and long distance calls, access 911, send or receive text messages, and check your voicemail.
You won't receive a bill because the service costs nothing! There is no credit check, no deposit, and no contract. You can cancel at any time.
